We are committed to promoting the transformative ideology of Choice Theory and Reality Therapy, developed by Dr. William Glasser, across diverse sectors including education, counseling, healthcare and corporate environments.
Our objective is to empower individuals and organizations to foster meaningful change by focusing on personal responsibility, empathetic expression and internal motivation.
Through comprehensive training programs, workshops and certification courses, we equip professionals with practical skills. This helps to nurture mental health, resolve conflicts, build stronger and more productive relationships.

William Glasser International (WGI) is the global organization that represents and develops the work of Dr. William Glasser, including Choice Theory, Reality Therapy, Lead Management and Glasser Quality Schools. Originally founded as the Institute for Reality Therapy in 1968 to promote training in Dr. Glasser’s counselling approach, the organization gradually expanded worldwide. In 2011, it was restructured into an international board in Nashville, officially authorized to safeguard and advance Dr. Glasser’s ideas, with over 40 member organizations across the globe.
WGI supports practitioners and educators by providing training, resources and official certification programs, helping people apply Glasser’s concepts in counselling, education, leadership and everyday life. The Glasser Institute for Choice Theory is one of its key member organizations, working closely with WGI to promote and implement his work globally.
Dr. Farida D’Silva Dias, has a doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Masters degree in Business Management, and another in Clinical Psychology.
